This can be a fraud

I purchased the personal heat balloon trip for my partner's birthday. I attempted to plan it and was informed it had been reserved for that next 2 weeks! I sent again to routine when it got comfortable again and was informed (after following-up many times after I didn't obtain a reaction) the personal trips were no further on the weekend (despite the fact that these were after I requested it). Over many e-mail trades these were excessively rude and wouldn't return my complete price. I eventually named and also the lady (Chrissy) was terribly rude to me after which hung-up on me! I called back and requested to talk to her boss. She stated she was "not there" but might deliver me to her voicemail. I quit and concept and not heard something back.

TERRIBLE customer support and down-right dishonest! What type of organization modifications the conditions of what it provides and will not return your cash??? I have never had a business be so rude and terrible in my experience that I was actually trembling when I got off the telephone. Don't purchase from their store - you'll regret it!
