I am extremely disgruntled after calling customer service to make a return

I'm extremely unhappy after calling customer support to create a return. Upon speaking with my plumber, I discovered that I'd requested the incorrect tap collection. I easily sent to demand return directions and was delivered an answer stating the results might just be managed by telephone (that was the very first frustration - purchase online but need to contact to create a return). That mail from customer support had no additional return policy data. I named and achieved a more than 30 days later (waited more than 12 units to ultimately achieve somebody) and was informed that I really could not return the abandoned products as a result of one month return policy. I am aware the policy, although not why customer support might deliver mean e-mail with no policy. The consultant about the telephone was excessively rude and declined to provide me a telephone number of the boss or claims office. Following this terrible encounter, I continue reading many websites that I ought to not need bought from efaucets.
