Made me pay for their mistake

The corporation is extremely dishonest! I attempted to put an order within the telephone and was cutoff prior to the deal was total. I called back and was informed I'd to begin once again that we reluctantly did. Then 14 days later I obtained 2 deals within the email rather than the one purchase that I needed and, you thought it, I had been charged for 2 individual purchases including 2 individual "handling" costs! After I named, the repetition was excessively rude and stated I'd called twice and put 2 individual purchases. He continued to express I really could return the Next purchase at my price and also the handling price wouldn't be returned. After I indicated concern over spending shipping expenses he curtly responded "We don't pay shipping". I stated "Well perhaps I'll return them equally after which you'll have dropped both purchase along with a client." And he responded "perhaps you must do that". I subsequently requested to talk to a boss and that I was informed somebody might contact me back. It's been more than 24 hours with no you have called me back. Shock. It's obvious they have no idea of great customer support, nor care when they get any repeat business. Don't buy from their website!!!
