Scotts of lanholm
Purchase not sent, alledged PAYPAL PAYMENT failed, lied to PayPal that item had been sent

Online purchase from Scotts of Langholm, Scotland, A $6oo us, Sailing Jacket, (using paypal), 1st they offered a differant product, 2nd the orderd item was not in stock and there will be a 5-7 day wait till dispatch, 18 days later, nothing, emailed SCOTTS OF LANGHOLM, but was ignored, long distance phone call, nothing.

Contacted PayPal, SCOTTS OF LANHOLM told PayPal that item has been sent, then finally emailed myself, saying that the PayPal payment has failed, (lie, they recieved monies when purchase was origanaly done! I checked with PayPal) and can i organise another payment for the jacket...

Yes, i know PayPal will investigate and i will win, but if i had made purchase with Visa/Bank T/F, i would not have a leg to stand on.

Please, Please consider this with online purchases from SCOTTS OF LANGHOLM
