I placed an order for vitamin supplements on February 28. I received a confirmation email from VirtuVites of my order. On March 1 my credit card was charged which according to their site, you are only charged when the order ships. I began calling and emailing the company on March 14. The customer service mailbox is almost always full but after many attempts was able to leave 3 different messages. I have never been able to reach an actual person. I have also emailed 3 times. I have had no response from the company nor have I received the product they charged my credit card for. I have notified my credit card company and disputed the charge. I will be registering a complaint with all relevent sources in hopes to stop this company from preying on any more consumers.
