Redialdirect
Charged my account 74.95 for something i did not order. Called and they said it would be taken off account but it is still on there

I was viewing my bank, and came across a item from redialdirect for 74.95. I called the number that was there. They asked me if i have received the item, which they didnt tell me what it was. I told them that i have not received anything and i want this taken off my accout. After aruging with her for 10 minutes she said it would be remove from my account. It has been 5 days and it is still on there. She told me 2 to 3 business days and it has been longer than that. Judy saint cloud minnesota
