On 11-10-08 I called this company and ask why did they take $14.00 out of my account, they said because I got a membership. I said ok, but would like to cancel. Brenda told me that since the $14.00 had already been taken out for the month January to go ahead and order something and call back and she would cancel the account. I called back on 1-1-09 to make sure the account was canceled and was told by Brenda that the account was closed and nothing else would come out of my account. As I chacked my account 2-3-09 there were (2) 30.00 fee charged to my account from Platimu Sevr, I called them and ask why were they taking money out of my account, I was told that I had two accounts but only canceled one. I was not told that there were (2) accounts when I spoke with Brenda, she just said the account was canceled and nothing else would come out of my account. So I ask the for a full refund the product orded which was $12.00 and that I had not received the product. I was told that item was no longer available and to order someting else, I said no and ask them to refund the $60.00 fee that the credit union took plus the $12.00 for the item i did not received. They would not give me the Head Office manager or his or her name. They said they would only refunded back (2) payments of $14.00 and (1) payment of 12.00 for the item that they no longer carried but is still listed in the catalog. I want my total refund of $160.00 because the account was closed on 11-10-08 by Brenda.
