Non receipt of product

Mid Nov ordered 3 items for Christmas gifts. I received one item, and a postcard stating they were out of one of the other items. I placed a call to Fingerhut and was told the item would arrive on Dec 16th. No item came. Called again was told allow a couple more days. Nothing. Called Fed-X told item never sent only the shipping label. Called Co. Again. Told they would send it out, apologized, I was told due to the error they would remove shipping charges and it would arrive on the 6th. Nothing yet called again told allow more time due to road conditions. Now being told they will not remove the shipping that sorry but I should not have been told that. Still no item and I pay for them not shipping it in a timely manner. After 6 calls helloooooo.
