Absolutely dispicable customer service! I spoke with FOUR reps within 30 minutes, getting disconnected by 3 of them, without them bothering to call me back! The phone service is a joke! Calls drop, people hear my number is not in service, but I have a dial tone and can call out. Nobody can explain why! Sending out a tech tomorrow, but IT IS A PROGRAMMING problem, not a line problem. WHAT RETARDS they have working there, and they call themselves digital techs? WHAT A FRIGGIN' JOKE! ATT, here I come *back*
