I purchased 4 items from bestbuy.com for pickup on 11/26. Long story short. Items where not available when I went in to pick them up and I had to drive to 3 stores to pick up the entire order. The sad part is that the management did not speak with me they told the girl working the customer service counter to take care of it. My reccommendation is to not shop at best buy period.
