Bad Product

I am a loyal costumer and have always had good product from this com. The first time i have a problem they would not replace or give me credit because i have no receipt. I understand their policy. The sump pump that i bought was roughly a year old, i still had the box for it. It had a year warranty on it, but they insisted it was two years old. I'm positive it was not two years old because i had basement work done and that is when it was replaced, not two years ago. So if Fleet Farm is going to back bad quality products. I will NOT give them any more of my money. I will never set foot in another Fleet Farm. If their product is only going to last one to two years what is the point. So i left the sump pump at the counter. She said you don't want this, i said what good is it to me and walked out the door. This is the first time i have ever wrote or complained about ANY company, but i was just very disappointed on the poor product that i received. I was not satisfied and was basically called a liar.
