False Advertising

The web page and brochure pain6t a lovely picture. But in actuality, picture a Motel 6 on skid row. No movie theater, no gardens, no clean bedding, no bath help, no lovely dining room, food is paltry, no dignity and no respect. Elevator is constantly broken. Those on walkers have to climb dirty stairs. They don't do anything that they advertise for these people. I have emailed the Secretary of State and social services.
