Replaces experence hairstylist at senior locations and replaces them with unexperenced beginners low pay poor quality work

This company is taking our jobs at the retirement communities, and assisted living. They replace experience stylist with 25,30 years in, and put inexperienced stright out of school no nothing beginners in the senior salons. Just what a 90 year old person needs. Then the pay this beginner nothing and take the rest of the pay for themselves. What is the matter with this picture, is your granddaughter of 18 years going to respect and care for seniors the same as a 40-50 year old woman. And these communities that are so lazy that you can not advertise for experience help. Sad sad world
