Refused to replace faulty productut

Purchased a made to order lampshade. Lampshade rim fell off with no mishandling of any kind because it was taped on to the paper shade and the tape came "unstuck" after only a few weeks. Company would not return calls and finally sent an e-mail (no name) stating that I must have misused the product and they would not replace it or refund me. Also, quite an odd e-mail from this company stating I was threatening them (I let them know I would be filing a consumer complaint and have done so) and also that I needed to quit "harassing" them and to "cease and desist". Never have I had such a horrible experience with an online company and will likely purchase nothing online for a long time to come. Stay away from this place.
