Left mini van for complete detail service - upon picking up my car, I found a hole had been made in the driver side leather seat. They denied any responsibility - even after I showed them that the nozzle of the vacuum hose they use to clean the seats fit perfectly in the hole. They refused to refund the money I paid. The owner kept saying his employee had been there for 10 years and would not lie - so I guess that means I'm the liar. I will never take my car here again or recommend anyone
