Ripped Off

I am so upset with the experience I had in dealing with Zip installs and your "manager" Travis P. He spoke with me as if I was stupid and he could care less about my feelings of my experience with the poor quality workmanship and product I received from your company. I thought I was purchasing a basic package system in which there would a proper/professional installation with no wires and visible evidence of the system.instead I received:

• Wires left sticking out all over.• A bundle of wires behind the system.• System was no better than a $5 thrift store stereo w/two speakers.• Installer brought his child to the installation who told me to paint the exposed wires the same color as the walls.• Charged more than quoted to screw two screws on two brackets that didn't know you needed to install• Misinformed, misled and left standing with a bad system and a bad experience.• Treated horribly by sales manager when I called to express my discontent.• "Trent P." boasted that I got what I paid for and it was my problem and he welcomed any bad reviews I would post on the internet. And urged me to go ahead and do so because it wouldn't matter.

I do not want the system and I do not believe I should be accountable for the shipping return and restocking fees. I was misled and mistreated by employees. It was horrible and I would not recommend Zip Installations to anyone.
