This will be the last time I shop at Toy R us. The past three years have been a awful experience shopping here. One year I purchase my daughter Barbie Dream house, that same year we left out of town so her present was left under the tree, when we got back in town and Santa left her present under the tree, as she tear open the wrapping paper and realized what it was the look on her face was priceless, as i began to open the box, i realize that what i would find in their would not be barbie dream house, instead, i was sold a return item that had been put back on the floor and no one bother to check it. Someone had took the doll house out and put computer parts and returned the item. I was disappointed and disgusted that toy r us would put a item back on the floor and sell it and robb christmas for my daughter. After a few phones calls i took the box back where i purchased it and was givin a new one.

It took a while to go back their again, but i did. On black friday, i was one of the first people in line and i got a ticket for a laptop that they had on sale, when i finally got done with my shopping and got to the register i was told that they ran out of my ticket item. A ticket item that was given to me as i waited in line for over 3 hours, after countless discussion with a manager, it was discover that somone had hide the laptop (a employee) and that all the people who had ticket item where being told this item was all sold out. Another big disappointment and more so that a employee would go to such lenght.

This year i decided to shop online and purhcased my daughter a Pink Huffy Machine, when we finally got the item and as i started to assemble it i realized the main frame was defect, after countless hours on the phone with manager from both online divisions and store, i was told they could either send me the part or just send me another bike but that it would take 2-3 weeks. So once again toy r us has disappointed me... My daughter now has to wait until she is able to use the bike. The store manager wouldnt replace the part for me even though he had the item in stock because it was a item order online. You would think that they would be willing to provide beter costumer servie. Needless to say I will never purchase another item from TOY R Us...
