Over Charged

I went to the store to buy a cellphone. My English was great but I knew what I wanted. The sales person didn't explain all the final charges. When I handed my bank card I was told of the final price. When he gave me the recipt it came up ove $500. I explain the guy that I'm retire and I couldn't afford this price to cancelled the transaction. He said it was possible. There was not refund. I insisted. He was very rude and he told me that he didn't need my $525 he made lot more than that and he wasn't gonna give me my money back. He even said to leave the store. I felt very bad. And I'm with the phone I can't afford with crazy hidden fees.
