I used to have a blackberry and broke it (my fault).
I went to the store to see what my options were.
The purchase of a new phone would have been more expensive than opening a new account and canceling it right away while keeping the phone, so they gave me an early upgrade. And things went wrong.
After going through all the phones, I picked the a phone i liked. I was told the price was $200. I payed for the phone and I was told it would be shipped to the store. After a week and a half the phone finally made it to the store. When I went to the store, I was told that a mistake was made and that the phone was actually $400. I couldn't afford it so I didn't take the phone. It has been more than a month and I still don't have my refund for the $200 I originally paid. Moreover, I was also told that another mistake was made and that my next upgrade would be 3 months later than what I was originally told.
