Not customer friendly

I requested 2 products from these men so that as quickly when I obtained them i sent them to come back the band be seemingly broken and also the earrings were overweight.
I approached them with no reaction. I approached sent them no reply. I truly do not need the things however they never approached me to come back them. The mmerchandise comes completely from china so its difficult to find the manufuter. They don't possess a customer support line-you may contact. For me, the corporation isn't client friendly. They create it appear within their plan that they can return your product however they do not.
