I am also a victim of this Rental Property Manangement Co., I live in "Luxury Apt"where we pay buckoo bucks to live there., My Garage Door broke on a Saturday Morning, trapping my Car in the Garage. They would not be able to repair it till Monday, Sorry. My husband fixed it himself.

We called and cancelled the repairman. The Garage Door broke again, all the springs broke and the mounting brackets pulled away from the wall. It is now Monday, who knows when we will get it fixed. We had a burst pipe in the walls and our closets were flooded. Mildew grew and ruined our clothing, shoes, and the carpets. This went on for months. I got the city Health Dept involved and I was threatened by the Management Co., Finally they sorta repaired the problem but sent their workers in (no english) with a dirty rag and a bottle of household bleach to clean the walls. I did not let him in and cleaned them myself.

In this "Luxury Apts." the carpet is ripped and badly stained and worn very thin. The walls are in dire need of paint. They rent the gorgeous Two (2) bedroom apts to large families. I think they have 8 People in the Apt. Adjacent to ours, isn't that illegal? The people in Apt. Are from a third world country and lay their drying laundry all over the place to dry. Get the picture? I'll never be able to save enough money to move, because they keep upping the rent.
