I currently live at one of pamas apartment called alpine apartments located in rubidoux which they purchased around 4-6 months ago by them. They are the worst of the worst to rent from. About a month ago everyone in the complex received a 3 day or your out if the rent wasn't paid on the 3rd, what ever hapened to the 3 day noticed 30 days to get out policy. So as of yesterday they "pama" had changed that to the first without any notice basically on the fly. How can they continue to conduct business like this. Ive read reports here at rip off report, BBB boards and other sites o the net. Theirs not one nice thing bout these people. Something needs to be done to stop this.
