OriVanLines is a total scam. They should not be allowed to do business in the US. Their customer service was terrible, time it took to deliver was 3 weeks longer than stated, they did not deliver all my items, delivered someone else's box, and refuse to rectify the mistake. They have been completely uncooperative about looking for where they might have left all the contents of the boxes they did not deliver. Adding insult to injury, their claims department offered $47 to settle the account. They are totally irresponsible and I HIGHLY recommend that no one use them. They are cheap-but you get what you pay for. Lousy service, lost personal belongings, and I know they are laughing in the faces of everyone dumb enough not to have read reviews before contracting with them.
