Requested flatware in 2008. Received observe that products might get to @ 3 months. After 2 weeks delivered enquiry. Response: wait but products is going to be delivered. Never received products. Delivered email question and obtained 'undeliverable' e-handle. Don't purchase high end, custom material. They possibly just may provide on regular inventory, that you will find at Macyis, Goal, etc. Never delivered compensation. No products, no $. Buyer beware.
