I still have not received them, nor have I received a refund or any correspondence from the company

I requested many products from craftersmarket.net and all-but 3 were delivered on April 19. These 3 products were said to be delivered 4-7 days later. I still haven't obtained them, or have I obtained a reimbursement or any communication in the organization. I e mailed them to determine once the products could be delivered and not got an answer. I suppose they're simply likely to maintain my income. Customers beware! Don't make use of this website!!
