I tried for 3 months to sign up for "the neighborhood" plan. I sent the required deposit only to have it sent back to me. I even spoke to a supervisor "Michael" who was even less help and less professional than the previous ignorant reps that I had spoken to. I finally decided that they must have enough business and do not need mine. They better not call me when their ship starts sinking..
