WorldCom Wireless - How To Report to FCC

The is no sensible way to get in touch with these theives. I just call them and the recording said "... Waiting time is less than 126 minutes..." I tried going to the place that sold me the phone (AllState Cellular in San Diego) and they said "... Of course, I am not going to tell you that it takes 2 hours to get through to the cutomer service before you sign-up. Thats not how anyone does business..."

I just filed a complaint with FCC, I don;t know if it matters, but if enough people do the same may be FCC can do some thing. Here is the url to the form...
