Billing Scams

At&t repeatedly called on the phone about advertising services. We requested a written copy of the contract each time. No contract was ever provided. But we did receive a bill for about40% than we had been paying. We have emailed and talked to customer service until we are blue in the face.in fact, they have done nothing but screw up since the get go.
