Stealing tips and paying the bucket

All the waitresses at the Diner found out the Employer Louie and manager Gus was keeping tips from the credit cards from the staff that was owed to them. Also they were making the waitresses pay "The Bucket" at the end of each shift. Anywhere from 5 to 15 dollars a day. The manager Gus was favoring one of the waitresses and not seating the other girls on the floor. The kitchen staff, (cooks, dishwashers) were constantly sexually harrassing the waitresses each day. Any time one of the girls would go out for a smoke, the cooks would follow them and would groop them and if the girls made any complaints, the cooks would hold their doops so that their food would take longer to come out. The owner Louie would yell at everyone cursing, belittiling the girls and kitchen staff all the time and sometimes he would do it even out on the floor in front of customers. There would be girls getting fired if they were truly sick and called out even with a note or he would take shifts away from them. He would steal their tips and make them pay every day they worked. Louie will constantly talk about them and say very obscene thing to them and about them to others. What a nasty vindictive boss!!!
