When customers walk out without paying our boss Mike Taylor makes us, the waitresses pay for whatever there tab was and we only make $2.50 an hour. We as the servers should not have to be responsible for someones good time or food and alcohol. Ripoff

The company makes us the worker pay for customers tabs when the customer decides to walk out without paying behind our backs. One waitress this week did not even get a pay check because the boss made her pay for a tab that was walked out on. We only make$2.50 an hour plus tips. When we don"t make up for our pay in tips he doesn"t pay us the differance. We should not have to pay for a customers tab who sneeks out.
