I was not informed at the upgrade store that the ceramic tile would not be completed with a seal and finish when completed installation They let me order $25,000 of ceramic installation in my home. If I would of been informed I would of stopped at the counter top and saved alot of money plus the workmanship is bad real bad and Mr. Via inspected and approved the work. I requested 2 certified installer to check the work if its to the acceptable specks Via Kirkwood refused and signed off the complaint i did not approve also he would not let me speak to his supervisor. Mr. Kirkwood has a one track mind he is wright and the consumer wrong. Please help DON LARRY MIRELES SR.
