HORRIBLE floor installation

My mother paid a lot of money to have the floor in her entire house done with ceramic tile and carpet. It has been a nightmare. It was supposed to be a four day job and it is going on six weeks now. The ceramic tile was installed horribly. Very uneven. It couldn't even be walked on without stubbing your toe! Ridiculous. The installer (who barely spoke English) said that leveling the tile wasn't included. Wow. The carpet was already coming up in the corners the day after it was installed. Seriously!? After a lot of calls and trouble a new installer came and looked at the job and said it was bad and that he would redo it all. A month later and it is still not done. My mother (even though she didn't sign the completion form) has already been charged the full amount for the job. How can you be charged for something that isn't done especially when you didn't sign the completion form. I will be telling everyone I know to never get any work done from Sears unless you want a lot of frustration and terrible workmanship. My mother got the work done through Sears because it is a big name store that she thought she could trust. She was very wrong. No one even returns her calls or emails. Very sad watching someone be taken advantage of like this
