I brought a hand bag Friday Feb 18 in this store, named Rainbow.By Saturday one of the handle broke I tried to return for exchange but I threw away the receipt in the garbage by mistake Friday night. So I went to the store and explained it the manager what happened he refused to do anything about. He was nasty to me, everything. Even the store policy said costumers can return items without receipt will be credit. Only thing I neede it just to exchange. Now I end up with a brooking hand bag and lost my money.
