Sent more merchandise and a bill for 109.90. I was only suposed to pay shipping 4.95 i seen nothing eles till today

I feel i was mislead by ecig. They made it sound like 4.95 was all i had to pay. Then they ship more with a bill for 109.90 i did not order. They also have credit card #. Which i will dispute if or when they chargemy card. Makes other realy think about using internet to order anything. I will surlely think twice.
