Overcharging and misrepesentation on percentages

I signed an agreement with representative of this company locally. When accepting credit cards, the percentage rate was higher. When contacting the company, they told me the rate the agent set wasn't the acceptable rate, therefore whatever they were charging me was correct. We disputed this numerous times, my rate lowered a little, but never to rate agreed upon. We stopped using their services, they continued to charge monthly fees for several months. Overcharged me and charged me without after no longer using their services, to the tune of almost $900. Phone calls, faxes and letters, including letter from attorney last year were ignored. Dispute with BBB from 2009 was just responded to THIS month.intend to pursue this to the fullest of my abilities... File with EVERY complaint program there is on the internet, AND pursue this legally until this company is either held accountable, OR out of business. I know I'm not the only one that has been ripped off. I have warned EVERY person I speak to about their practices and encouraged people who are considering using them NOT to use them, and explain why. Personally talked to Irena when this first started. She avoided my phone calls since then. She FINALLY responded over a year later to BBB complaint, called me 2 times last week when I was out of town, then submitted to BBB that she called me numerous times and I didn't respond. I left her a message. The local agent representative didn't know what to do because his own company wouldn't respond to me regarding the matter. He said there was nothing he could do even though had signed agreement, I'd have to call NY, and left dozens of calls (all documented with attorney). Will pursue with Texas Attorney General, New York Attorney General to assure that I receive full reimbursement for overcharges of interest and charges for months we didn't use their service and cancelled service.
