Suspected Fraud on food product

I purchased a box of " Jose Ole Chimichanga Steak & Cheese" at our local Sam's Club based on the fact the Nutrition Facts on the box state it contained 0 Gm Trans Fat. When I got home and opened the box, each package in the container stated there is 0.5 Gm Trans Fat in it. I called the company to determine which is correct. The operator took my name & number and said someone would get back with me shortly. That was 2 1/2 days ago. Because of my health I can not consume trans fat. I think this is either a serious mistake that needs correction or outright fraud. At this point I'm stuck with a product I can't eat.
