I recently purchased a cell phone screen for my Droid 2 and was sent the wrong part by the company. After multiple attempts to contact the company, via phone, they finally returned my call and stated that the part was in the wrong place on the shelf, therefore; it was sent in error. The owner/employee advised that he would send me a label to mail the item back, however; after several more days of trying to reach them (they allow the phone to go to voicemail and then someone calls you back asking if you called), they finally sent me a label in order to mail the part back, with an email stating that once the item is received, a refund will be issued. I then sent two additional emails, and after not receiving a response, requesting the status of my refund, with no response whatsoever. I then called again to find out the status and the owner/employee told me that it was ridiculous that I sent two emails followed by a phone call, and then told me that I would wait 30 days just like everyone else. The man was extremely rude, yelled at me and then hung up the phone. I researched their return policy and at no time did it say that there was a 30 day refund timeframe. This company is very poor when it comes to Customer Service, especially when it comes to advertising and sending something that they don't even carry in stock.
