I retaianed Mr Pettigrew as my divorce attorney in August of the divorced was finalized in Decemder of 2008 however Mr Pettigrew only handed me a certified copy of my divorce but did not enforce the orders of the Judge which included Transfer of deed to me. Mr Pettigrew asubstantial amount of money and when I called him up this year about the deed, he asked me for more money, when I told him that I did not owe him any money, and that I was on my way to pick up the paper work, Mr Pettigrew did not come out of the office or invite me in to his office to talk to me, instead sent someone out with the paperwork. Not only did I pay alotof money for a court appearance that lasted 2hrs, I had to go to the records building to obtain a copy of the deed myself and to date my deed is not transferred and i felt like he did not fulfil his obligation as set fort. Hope you will be able to help me because it's been long overdue.
