I received a letter naming my property and title document from the county recorder. The property I own. This company is asking for comsumers to order a "certified copy" of my deed to my property. The Cost of 59.50 includes handling location retrieval and postage and handling... Just fill in the credit card information and mail or fax the order to 888480-1370.

The National Deed Service Inc. Is stating it is recommended by the US government federal citizen information center website proving that your property was transferred to you.

This is not correct - realtors will tell their clients that they can get a certified legitimate copy of their property deed at their county recorders office for about 10 dollars. Consumers be warned. Mary, Duluth Minnesota
