A dear friend of mine is employed by Costco. She had come up short $20.00 in her cash register when she closed out. My question is. Why was that employee put on probation, demoted in their position. She lost. 50c OF HER WAGES for the next 90 days. Please tell me, with todays economy why would a corporation take such steps. Demoralize your workforce. Effect the performance of your employees. This Lady is having her home re-posesed. She CAN NOT afford to have her water turned on. She is living from hand to mouth. Nothing like kicking the hell out of someone while they are down. I would not do this to my dog, muchless my employee. Please look into this matter at your Lake Zurich store in Illinois.
