2nd tenent (me) skipping out leaveing all his belongings (including his dog) oweing over $20,000.00. He also refinanced my home saying it's the least he could do since he's been living here rent free for almost a year. He put us in the worst possible loan we could have for planning on keeping my home, said he didn't make a dime on the refi, later finding out he made over $7000.00. He promised everything to paying our house off, to bringing us in on his multimillon doller business ventures.
He is a compulsive liar, a alcoholic, and has no rerguard for the people that has helped him. As a direct result of his actions, has forced our home of 30 years in forsloser.
He swindled over $10,000.
