Food stamps

I live in walker co. Al. I have a granddaughter who has a 4 year old son. And and she has done every thing, they have ask her to do. And have told her they lost her application trwice. She is a single mom with no job. We have tried to help her. All we can but we 82 and 79 years old. And can hardly get by our self. I think its a shame that they lost her papers two times. With out a letter or call. She has called every day and ask them to call her back. But you can exspect that from that from walker co. I see people all around here that gets the stamps.
