Ripoff from some foreign bank!

Some Hindu bank took money out of my account without my permision, offering me a credit card that I never got. They knew about my request of Overdraft Protection that I had requested from BANK OF AMERICA. They were nice enough to send me a thank you letter for RIPPING ME OFF! Bank of America won't do anything about it, because I gave them my checking account number. They won't even send an agent there to investigate. What kind of Bank does this to their costumer?
I feel so violated, this could have been Osama Binladen Taking money from me to come and bomb me, but still my bank would not do anything about it! How hard is it to reverse a transaction? They want me to go and sue the company for $149.00 via Better Business Bureau (whatever that is).
I read on this site to DEMAND the bank to reverse the transaction, and I did that, but I had no luck. I could really use some help. I have included the address of the company which is in LongBeach California, if someone from there could tell me if that the company is even an existing company that would be great, because their phone is always busy and when I leave a message I don't get a call back
