Bank of America policy is to put largest debits through first so all other little debits will bounce behind it

Bank of America's policy is to get rich off the backs of poor people like you & me. I had 240$ in the bank & yesterday 4 bebits came through my account. One for 2$, 30$, 60$ & 340$. My mistake about the 340$ and I am very willing to pay for it, but the 240$ I had in the bank should have easily covered the 2$, 30$, and the 60$. Bank of America said they always put the largest one through first, there for bouncing all the little ones behind the largest one. They did this to me, charging me an extra 105$ in bogus charges which they refuse to reverse. I'm perfectly willing to pay for one only. Hell yes, they put the largest one through first, so they can rape your account. Fraud, bad business practices, call it what you will, all I know is I'm a single little old lady living on my social security and trying to make every penny count and when I called the bank to talk to someone about this they hung up on me twice. 18 years I've been with this bank, does that matter, no! I am so angry, I will never say a nice thing about this bank to anyone as long as I live and I know a lot of people. I'm a Sinatra and I will spend the rest of my life bad mouthing Bank of America until they reverse their decision and put 105$ back into my account. Old fashioned principals need to count for something these days. It's pure and simple robbery, one doesn't need to go out into the street and get mugged, just save yourself the trouble and bank with Bank of America. Can anyone help me fight these bandits?
