I signed up for a "free month" Jan 25 with the understanding I could cancel in 30 days, or be charged $19.95 a month. I decided after sending 1 card to cancel. I have been trying to get through to them since Jan. 27th. I called Discover, that's the card I used, and they can't get a phone number or e-mail to them before I will be charged. Plaxo.com was what they said I used to just cancel... Yeah right. Now I'm afraid I'll be scammed for the first month anyway.
