Over 2 years, No Royalties from confirmed sales!

I had my first book an autobiography entitled "I Want My Life Back" In Rasun's Shadow with XLIBRIS PUBLISHING published 2 years ago. I waited over a year for them to actually put it together after they notified me that they had lost Part 1 of my manuscript. I had to resubmit another disc. I continued to get confirmed sales, but the Website they gave to me in my package never showed any sales in my back office. I waited another year after numerous phone calls and e-mails complaining of the Royalties that were not being reported. A few months ago I was notified that they didn't have my correct social security number and for me to submit the correct one, and that any sales that I had previously made had to be retraced. I just heard of the scam and of other people like me who have been robbed of their Royalties by this company. I notified Lea Descaya my Representative that I would be filing a lawsuit against Xlibris if they didn't correct the mistakes and send me my missing Royalties for the past 2 years. Ms. Descaya sent me an e-mail telling me that she would be out of the office for a short vacation and that she could not address any of my complaints right now. I am looking for any other persons who have been robbed by these people to please contact me in possibly filing a joint lawsuit with all of us together as we sued them for our back Royalties. I believe there is strength in numbers and that if we are all together fighting we will be compensated. I also need a lawyer or a Firm who would be willing to take our case to court. Please contact me if you are a Law Firm, so that we all can join together in this case and fight them for our monies. I have really grown to not trust or deal with Phillipino people and do believe that they are the enemy of America and that they hate Americans and would do any thing to get over on us or to scam us in all business dealings. Be very careful of this race of people who are flooding into our country.
