I requested that Xlibris cancel a marketing program and return the money I had paid to them to me. They didn't cancel the program, placed the advertisement in a magazine and never sent my money back to me. They don't respond to any emails I send them. All in all, I have paid this publishing house over $7000 to publish a book I wrote. They told me I had over 17,000 hits to the website they established for me, yet there have been no sales recorded from this and I have not received any royalties. My guess is that they are making sales from the book but not passing the royalties from the sales to me.
