I have never experienced such poor customer service as I have received from this company. I placed an order for my wedding nearly one month ago. My credit card was charged at the time of ordering. I recently checked the status online and the order still shows "remitting to shipping department", which is the same as it showed right after ordering. I contacted their company 3 times since then and have not received a response, despite their promise to respond within one business day. If I do not hear back in the next few days, I will be calling my credit card company to help resolve.
