Wrong orde

Me and my friend went to kfc to ger food for ourselfs and our 2 children, we ordered our food via the drive through not only did they get our order wrong so we had to drive back through by the time we waited for the rest ov our order the food we already had was cold, they brought out the rest ov our order after waiting such a long time we drove home to eat our food and both kids meals didnt have the popcorn chicken in them. I know most people would not find this something to complain about but when u got two kids tha percifacly asked for popcorn chicken and we got home and had none then was it really worth driving 3 miles back to the store to get it.
