Unauthurized debit from bank account

On Jan 6th I had a unauthurized charge of $49.95 taken from my account. Everytime I try to get some information on what this is I get a recorded message over again. I have sent about 60 emails and no one contacted me. I am a senior that is disabled an this is a outrage. I need my money refunded plus $66.00 in bank fee's do to this fraud. Of $115.95
